§ 36-112. Oils or greases.

  • All holders of a pretreatment permit for fats, oils or greases shall submit the record of maintenance of the grease interceptors/traps to the pretreatment coordinator as required by the permit. Failure to comply with the reporting requirements is a violation of this article which may result, but is not limited to, increased inspections and fines.

    Intermediate violation
