§ 24-113. Prohibited signs.

The following types of signs are prohibited in the commercial districts of the city as specified in the zoning ordinance:

(1)

Flashing or animated signs.

(2)

Neon signs, except as specifically provided for herein.

(3)

Off-premises signs, except as specifically provided for herein.

(4)

Revolving signs, except in conjunction with a barbershop.

(5)

Window signs above the second floor occupancy.
