§ 24-6. Enforcement.

The town building inspector is hereby authorized, and it shall be his duty, to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Where there is any ambiguity or dispute concerning the interpretation of this chapter, the decision of the building inspector shall prevail, subject to appeal to the zoning board of adjustment in the same procedure as provided for in the zoning ordinance.
