§ 22-8. Littering hazardous objects.

It shall be unlawful to place, throw, or otherwise deposit any glass, bottles, nails or metal objects of any kind on or in any manner obstruct the sidewalks or streets of the town. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be punished in accordance with section 1-10.
