That the town of Lake Waccamaw, in Columbus County, be and is hereby incorporated, by the name and style of the town of Lake Waccamaw, and shall be subject to all provisions contained in chapter seventy-three (73), volume one (1) of The Revisal of the Laws of North Carolina for the year one thousand nine hundred and five.
